We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore ask that any cancellation requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to charge $50 for any appointments that are missed without notice.

Please know if you are unhappy with the end result we will redo your hair at no extra cost. This applies strictly within 7 days of your visit. This does not apply to a change of mind.
